Overview

During the Beiyang period, various forces in Shanghai were intertwined. People with lofty ideals joined the revolutionary party and were persecuted by the Beiyang warlords. The Japanese assisted the Beiyang warlords in arresting the revolutionary parties. As a patriotic and passionate young man, Chen Zhen prepares to reorganize Jingwu Sect after avenging his master. Revolutionary Party Yang Yunshuang asked Chen Zhen to help rescue leader Li Guofeng after he was caught and taken into prison by the Japanese. Chen Zhen wanted to revive the Jingwu Sect and did not want to go against the Japanese, so he declined. Yang approached Chen Zhen and asked for help again after he found out the secret location of the prison. Chen Zhen knew the brutality of the Japanese and knew that he could not save him alone, so he decided to help him.
