Overview

At a Greek ferry terminal, a German couple is confronted with the existential plight of refugees. Their vacation mood comes to a premature end. During the nighttime journey across the rough Mediterranean Sea, unexpected chasms open up between the two. While Jonas declares the motorhome to be the stage for his own suffering, Teresa, who is pregnant, finds herself having to dry the tears of the father of her future child.
