Flower (Osawa Mikio), a kind-hearted assassin who offers flowers to the dead, has been hiding out in a safe house with the help of his friend Momoko (Ayano). Flower is in hiding because Mother (Mizutani Kei), the leader of the dark assassin army he once belonged to and escaped from, and her men are after his life. What is their purpose?
