Mesala and Ratih want to go to Pacitan, East Java, to meet Ratih's long-lost child. Simultaneously with that plan, Juda meets Mesala, his half-brother, to look for their long-lost father. However, Mesala does not want to meet his father and stepmother, because he has not been able to forgive his father, whom he considers to have betrayed and neglected his biological mother who was sick and then died. Although forced to go because of Ratih's persuasion, Mesala finally accompanies Juda through the wilderness of Kalimantan. During the journey, the inner conflict between the two half-siblings becomes increasingly heated.
