A sickening corporation has turned all of the root beer factories in Boston into "goot beer" plants, robbing the people of their drink of choice. A group of friends sets out to try and make change in this dire set of circumstances. Meanwhile, a burgeoning mayoral race promises to bring forth change in the city... Will this change be any good?
