A young romance author leaves New York City after her novel is panned, hoping to write a redemption novel from home in Alaska. Finding inspiration in her former lover, and the mysterious Christmas cards left at her keys, newfound success has her making the difficult choice between returning to New York for a career of fictional romance, and her real romance in Alaska.
