Victoria, a seamstress exhausted by hardship, sustains the fragile existence of her brother Lucas, who lives confined to a wheelchair in an environment of extreme poverty. However, prolonged deprivation awakens something dark: a monstrous transformation in Lucas that drives him to devour everything.
