Primordium

Overview

After the death of his mother, the main character remains alone at his childhood home. He tries to settle into the peace and quiet, but notices he’s not all that alone; the decrepit home has begun to grow a living form, mold, revealing itself as a returning form of the mother. The moldy mother follows her son’s every move, manipulating and stalking him. The son, realizing the cycle is repeating again, feels he too is no longer flesh and blood.
