A writer who has just finished his novel has a relationship with a mute young woman, which leads to him being cursed by his girlfriend, Fausta, placing him in a cruel predicament. His lover and one of his best friends will try to help him break the curse and, in the process, get his book accepted by a peculiar university professor who is already aware of the author's literary past and detests it.
