Mami, who used to be an ordinary waitress, is invited to work at a pub run by Tatsuya. They serve customers a special cocktail called "Ecstasy Kiss," which contains love juice, but when they drink it, everyone starts to suffer and their business is suspended. Mami, who became collateral for the debt, became a sexual slave.
