
Makoto looked up to his older brother Satoru—a skilled surfer trusted by everyone—as if he were his own father. However, after becoming involved in the death of his brother’s girlfriend, Anna, he finds he can only express himself through rebellion. Torn by uncontrollable anger and frustration, Makoto wanders aimlessly through the streets of Shibuya with his team mates.
