Overview

Using three typical and very different characters from Lima as guides, "Between the Living and the Commoners" offers a quick and ironic look at what we call "La criollada" (the Creole way of life). It examines the various ways in which Creole Limeños operate and organize themselves to survive and have fun in this traditional city where violence, informality, Creole culture, and—above all—a lot of soccer coexist.
