Kishore and Abhi are Naxals who surrender to the police. But they get arm-twisted to form a criminal gang that executes criminals the cops can't lay their hands on. And, a cunning politician uses them as pawns to settle his political scores. Very soon, the gang soon finds itself in hot water.
