Sherif al-Masri travels to America without a specific goal or relatives or friends there. Once he arrives in America, he discovers that he will suffer from high prices and does not know anyone, and by chance he listens to the dialogue of two ladies waiting for a person named Adel who is one of their old relatives in Egypt and does not even know his form.
