In Baku, German spy Ziegel (Pavel Kadochnikov) heads to the oil fields from Maykop under the name of Soviet engineer Kashtanov. Tankers carrying gasoline begin to explode in the Caspian Sea. Soviet counterintelligence agent "Khazri" infiltrates "Wartburg"...
