Su Lingyu transmigrates into a book where she has to play a vicious female supporting character. In order to complete her daily vicious tasks, she pretends to be disgusted by her husband Huo Yan's disability and scolds him and her in-laws daily. However, what she doesn't know is that her inner thoughts can be heard by the whole family. The Huo family decide to not expose Su Lingyu, playing along with her to help her complete her daily tasks.
